Modesto Municipal Groundwater Improvement Project initial study
The City of Modesto has released an initial study/mitigated negative declaration for the Municipal Groundwater Improvement Project.The Project proposes to construct five aquifer recharge basins and accompanying water conveyance support structures in order to improve wellfield optimization and reduce contaminant levels of arsenic, nitrate, and uranium in the City. Public Notice for Proposed Regulations on Carpets and Rugs
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control has issued a Public Notice and Comment Period concerning proposed amendments to the California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 10, Section 66260.11 and Chapter 55, Section 69511, and adoption of Section 69511.4, concerning carpets and rugs containing perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substances. A public hearing on this proposed regulation will be held 13 April from 9am-1pm in Sacramento. The written comment period ends on 13 April 2020. Grayson Road Former Firing Range Removal Action Plan
The Departmenet of Toxic Substances Control released a draft for review regarding the Removal Action Workplan regarding the Grayson Road Former Firing Range. A public comment period will last from July 18 to August 18, 2018, where the public is encouraged to review the draft and provide feedback for consideration before the plan's approval.

The Bureau of Cannabis Control released for a 30 day public review period for the Initial Study/Proposed Negative Declaration ofr the Commercial Cannabis Business Licensing program.

Long Beach, CA: Monday, September 18 from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Long Beach Marriott, located at 4700 Airport Plaza Drive, Long Beach, CA 90815.

Fresno, CA: Wednesday, September 20, 2017 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Fresno Convention Center, located at 838 m Street, Fresno, CA 93721. 

Sacramento, CA: Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 6 pm to 8 pm, located at Sacramento Convention Center, 1400 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.
